Fire Fastpitch has a strong tradition of hard work, dedication to team, and development of the individual. This tradition has allowed young women from Vancouver, Washington to participate in Fastpitch the right way.
Fire Fastpitch strives to develop both a physically and mentally tough softball player, stressing the importance of taking responsibility as the price of greatness. A player's performance is determined by their own efforts; dedication, preparation, and persistence.
Fire players are responsible for understanding what it takes to win; to have a good at bat, to pitch as well as she can, to field and run the bases as best as possible, and to know what it takes to execute the proper play in a given situation.
The most common thread among great players of all sports is confidence. Fire Fastpitch takes pride in helping players to achieve the confidence needed to succeed by instilling a "love of the game" that leads to a desire to give everything she has each and every time she steps between the lines.
